Summit
has developed the proprietary Summit Claims
administration system to give our customers the ability
to access each electronic claim file. Summit Claims
facilitates access to a wide array of statistics
and data about existing and prior claims, and permits
the client to customize management reports and retrieve
underwriting information. The
system includes a log on which
adjusters notes are permanently captured by
date and time. Enhancements include network capability
by offsite clients to access their files in
Summit Claims. Additionally, we are finalizing
an underwriting interface which will register, list
and update forms and endorsements by policy number registered
to a particular insured. Summits staff of information
technology experts developed the Summit Claims
system and is on site for technical support.
